To be covered by the Bogen List’s 3 Guarantees, consumers must have an approval code. To receive an approval code, consumers must:

1. Contact a recommended provider from the Bogen List by referring to the list of recommended businesses on our website or by calling 1-877-BOGENLIST (264-3654).

2. Before signing your contract, submit it to the Bogen List to receive your approval code. Contracts can be faxed to 1-877-BOGENLIST (264-3654).

3. The Bogen List will make sure the company is still licensed and insured. The process will take between 24 and 48 hour during work days. The Bogen List will then provide you with an approval code.

4. Once you receive an approval code from the Bogen List, all 3 Guarantees will apply to your contract. You should then sign your contract and submit it to the vendor.
